It's important to note that we don't provide refunds for changes of mind, personal preferences, accidental creation of recurring accounts, stolen deliveries during the residential period, closure of your business upon delivery, unforeseen circumstances, misadventures with delivery instructions, incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses, missing our order cut-off time, or simply due to personal taste.

Refunds
Refunds aren't processed for orders stolen during the residential period, even if the delivery happens earlier than expected. Per our Shipping Policy, deliveries might arrive sooner than the stated timeframe due to delivery routes and loads. If you place an order during this period, be sure to include detailed delivery notes for our drivers to follow.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the items are defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact info@thenutritiousbros.com.au.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Orders without delivery instructions are ineligible for refunds. Cancelling or deleting your recurring order online only affects the next scheduled order and not any already processed orders. To cancel a processed recurring order, reach out to us at info@thenutritiousbros.com.au, noting that a cancellation fee may apply.
We don't accept refund claims made after the delivery day. Please allow 5-10 working days for refunds to be credited back to your original payment method.
