We offer premium gourmet meals that range from low calorie to high calorie. They are the Everyday Gourmet and Gourmet Bulk, while including high protein, gluten free, and dairy free options that you can choose from.

This category provides well balanced single serve meals from 300-530 calories per meal for everyday eating. Ideal if you are on the go, looking for a quick meal while staying fuller for longer.

This category consists of our larger single-serve meals, 530-800 calories per meal, loaded with protein, carbs and calories.

If you prefer to customise your order, the "Create Your Own" option is ideal for you. Alternatively, you can opt for Subscribe and Save, allowing for recurring orders on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis. Additionally, explore our selection of preselected value packs, including the High-Calorie, Moderate Calorie, Nutritious Bros starter pack, Couples pack, or Family pack.

Yes, we do. We have a monthly special that runs for four weeks. Each and every month a new meal will be available to try.

Our meals have a shelf life of up to 8-10 days in the fridge. We suggest consuming your meals with those involving vegetables, fish, or cream before moving on to the remaining meals.

Please ensure that you read the expiry dates before consuming. We cannot take responsibility for meals that were not consumed before the expiry date.

Meals are delivered fresh, never frozen.

Certainly, you can store them in the freezer for up to 4 weeks, but we recommend enjoying your meals while they are fresh.

For our Everyday Gourmet range, gently peel back the plastic film and reheat for 2 to 3 minutes. The Gourmet Bulk reheat for 3 to 4 minutes.

If frozen, warm for 4 to 6 minutes. Another option is to transfer the contents of the prepackaged meal to a non-stick frying pan or an oven-safe dish to heat up in the oven.

Yes, a minimum of $90 is required to place an order.

Yes, you can do that by heading to our Subscribe & Save section and placing your order there. From there, you can choose a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly delivery schedule. It’s an easy way to set it up once and then not have to worry about reordering.

Certainly! Discounts are included when you make bulk purchases through the "Create Your Own" meal plan, along with our subscribe & save option and meal bundle packs.

We regret any inconvenience caused if you've missed the deadline to cancel your order. Unfortunately, we adhere to a zero-waste policy and cannot accommodate cancellations after the specified time, which is before Monday 11:30am.

This cut-off period is essential for our chefs and team to accurately plan ingredient sourcing and meal preparation for the upcoming week. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

We have no lock-in contracts or subscription obligations, you can simply give us a try and see how it goes for you.

We deliver every Friday between 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Please let us know if you have any specific delivery instructions.

The standard delivery fee is $15. To save every time you order, you can create an account and hop on a subscription with us.

You aren't required to be at home to accept your delivery. Nevertheless, it's essential to designate a cool and secure location for our drivers to leave the package, as we cannot assume responsibility once the drop-off is completed. Additionally, feel free to include any specific delivery instructions in your order.

Yes, we do. If you live in a gated complex or high rise building, please leave delivery notes with instructions on how to enter the complex.
