Delivery Service:
At Nutritious Bros, we utilise a third-party cold chain courier for deliveries. Ensure you provide a valid delivery address as we can't deliver to PO Boxes, Australia Post Shops, or Parcel Lockers.
Delivery Address:
Please enter your correct address details, including unit number, street number, name, suburb, state, and postcode. Incomplete or incorrectly formatted addresses may cause delays, and we won't be liable for any issues.
Delivery Times:
We deliver on Fridays to most Sydney surrounding suburbs. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be delivered on the next available schedule. While we strive for accurate delivery times, external factors may lead to variations. You'll receive a notification upon delivery.
Delivery Instructions:
Provide specific delivery instructions at checkout for our driver to follow. A lack of instructions will result in the safest possible delivery spot chosen by the driver.
Delivery During Residential Hours:
Orders during Residential Hours (00:00 am - 07:00 am) will receive a photo text message, and doorbells won't be rung. For high-rise/gated complexes, we recommend daytime delivery to minimize tampering or theft risks.
Delivery During Business Hours:
For business deliveries, specify your business name in the notes. Delivery during residential hours to a business address is at the driver's discretion and may cause delays.
Changes to Your Order:
Make changes before our Sunday cut-off time; post-processing changes for that week's delivery won't be accepted.
