Hey, I’m Sal - Personal Trainer and Nutritionist behind ZELUX Coaching.

I help people train with purpose, eat better without confusion, and build habits they can actually stick to long-term. No quick fixes or extremes - just structured training, realistic nutrition, and clear direction.

I’ve been coaching for over 8 years, working with people who want to lose fat, build strength, improve performance, or simply feel better in their body. Everything i do is personalised and built around your lifestyle. At ZELUX Coaching, it’s all about honest coaching, accountability, and building habits that actually fit into real life - not just short-term results, but long-term progress you can maintain.
