At Nutritious Bros, we deliver fresh, high quality meals directly to your door. All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched according to our weekly delivery schedule.
Delivery Schedule
Deliveries are completed on scheduled days each week. Your exact delivery day will be confirmed at checkout or through your order confirmation.
Please ensure someone is available to receive your order, as our meals are delivered fresh and may require refrigeration upon arrival.
Delivery Areas:
We currently deliver within selected service areas. Customers are responsible for ensuring their delivery address is within our serviceable zones before placing an order. Please note we only delivery within NSW particular regions.
If an order is placed outside of our delivery areas, we will contact you to arrange a refund or alternative solution where possible.
Order Cut-Off Times:
All orders must be placed before our weekly cut-off of Monday 11:30AM (AEST) to be included in the upcoming delivery cycle.
Orders placed after this time will be processed for the following week’s delivery.
Delivery Issues:
If there are any issues with your delivery (such as missing items, incorrect orders, or delivery concerns), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can assist.
We will always aim to resolve any issues as quickly as possible and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
Missed or Failed Deliveries:
If a delivery cannot be completed due to:

Customer not available to receive the delivery
The order may be considered delivered, and no refund will be issued.
We recommend ensuring your delivery details are accurate and accessible.
Perishable Goods:
As our meals are fresh and perishable, it is the customer’s responsibility to refrigerate products promptly upon delivery.
We are not liable for meals that are left unattended or not stored correctly after delivery.
